She is vice president of Suran (Hangju) Hospital, chief nurse, professor, master of medical healthcare management at the University of Hong Kong, and tutor of master’s courses in nursing at four universities. She is vice president of the Suran International Medical Academy, director of the nursing academy, president of the Chinese (non-public) Nursing Association, vice president of the National Federation for the Promotion of Nursing Quality, vice president of the Chinese Nursing Association’s non-public medical institution’s operations committee, deputy editor-in-chief of multiple magazines, and editor-in-chief. Since 2022, she has been delegated to the American Academy of Nursing.
