□ AMCF2024 Registration Fee

• Pre-registration – 150,000 KRW
• On-site registration – 200,000 KRW
• $110 per participation fee if transferred in dollars

□ How to pay the registration fee

• Registration fees can only be paid by wire transfer, not by card.
• Please complete and send the registration application form and remit the registration fee.
• The name of the depositor must be “Registrant Name (Hospital Name)” for verification. Example) Gil Dong Hong (Seoul National University Hospital)
• Deposits must be made within two weeks of your enrollment application.
• Please note that invoices or cash receipts are not available and will be replaced by deposit receipts.
